Communications Guidelines 


Since we receive hundreds of messages each day, failure to follow the guidelines is likely to cause communication problems.

 1. Existing clients of Great North Immigration, and customers of our affiliates:

​All case-specific communications must be initiated by contacting us using our support form for existing clientsDo not use email messages to contact us about your immigration or visa file. There is a great risk your message will be lost in our congested inbox. We simply cannot take this risk with case-specific communications.​​


 2. General Inquiries (non-clients):

Please use our general contact form.

 3. If you did not receive a response to your communication attempt within 2 business days, send a text message to +14169048210. WhatsApp is our preferred text messaging app (click here, or scan this QR code with your phone's camera to chat), but you can also use SMS (charges may apply). Please do not text to follow up before the 2 days elapse.
